This amazing villa is found at Koskinou village and offers a wonderful private swimming pool. The villa is found at a 10-minute drive from the famous Kallithea Springs and Rhodes city. Nilas Villa is quite functional and will offer you tranquility and everything you might need during your stay in Rhodes. It accommodates up to 6 guests.

This beautiful house offers 2 fully airconditioned bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. Also, you’ll find a comfy sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation. Guests will find an amazing living room as well as a dining area to enjoy a meal. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV. This UNESCO Monument of cultural heritage is a truly amazing place that travels visitors back in time. The popular beach of Anthony Quinn is found at less than a 15-minute drive, you shouldn’t miss visiting it. Also, you should visit Lindos, the most exquisite archeological site of Rhodes with its exceptional beaches. Lindos is found at a 50-minute drive away from the villa.

Quiet rural location which suited us very well, a car essential, lovely beaches at Kallithea in very easy reach with great beach tavernas- Oasis our favourite. Rhodes old town 15 minutes drive and amazing. The house ideal for 3, or 4 if small children. Very well equipped including food essentials, we arrived late at night and hosts had provisions in the fridge for us. Nila and her family warm friendly and delightful.

Unterkunft mit Abstrichen und Überraschungen

Das Ferienhaus war für den Preis (120 € pro Tag) in keinem adäquaten Zustand. Das Haus machte einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Türen klemmten oder ließen sich nicht schließen, Besteck fehlte, mehrere Steckdosen funktionierten nicht und an den letzten drei Tagen fiel auch noch das W-LAN aus. Die Eigentümer bemühten sich, die Mängel abzustellen, waren aber nicht immer erfolgreich. Außerdem möchte man im Urlaub nicht jeden zweiten Tag irgend welchen Mängelbeseitigungen hinterher laufen. Der Einstieg in den Pool verfügte über keinerlei Geländer, sodass der Ein- und Ausstieg aus dem Wasser immer einer Zirkusnummer glich. Sehr gefährlich, auf den glatten Poolstufen fand man keinen Halt. Hier muß unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Die Poolmöbel sind erneuerungsbedürftig. ...und noch eine Überraschung: Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wird eine 2024 eingeführte Klimaabgabe von 10,-€ täglich für Griechenland fällig, die der Host an Ort und Stelle in Bar kassiert. Zack,120,-€ weg. Ist legal, davon sagt aber vorher niemand etwas. In der Hausbeschreibung bei FeWo-Direkt findet man nichts davon. Direkt neben uns wohnte in einem Anbau des Ferienhauses eine oft laute dreiköpfige Familie mit Hund. Einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse gab es deshalb nur mit Lärm. Überall auf Rhodos viel Müll auf und neben den Straßen, offene, von Unmengen von streunenden Katzen bevölkerte Müllcontainer und viele Bauruinen oder heruntergekommene Anwesen. Wir waren nur sehr mäßig begeistert, Rhodos: Kein zweites mal !
