Sutherlea is an incredible villa located near Koskinou, and offers a large private swimming pool as well as spacious rooms. The nearest beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. Its unique style and beautiful surroundings, combined with its amazing location, offer a great opportunity for a truly memorable holiday. It will accommodate 13 guests comfortably.
This incredible villa has 6 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms/shower room, and kitchenettes. Also, guests will find a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds. All of these beautiful bedrooms offer a balcony and are fully airconditioned. There are 2 further bathrooms, each with a bathtub. There is a small lounge area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Outdoors is as incredible as indoors. There’s a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation as well as a seating area for up to 20 guests where you can enjoy your meal on the spacious patio. There’s a fantastic private swimming pool and exotic tropical gardens. A brick BBQ and a traditional Greek oven invite you to cook 'al fresco' and enjoy some precious time with your loved ones as the summer sun sinks towards sunset.

The villa was perfect for our family. It was very clean, quiet & spacious. We all really enjoyed the villa grounds, gardens & pool. The location was convenient to beaches , restaurants & sightseeing. The host & hostess were both pleasant & very helpful.

Großes Anwesen, toller Pool, super toll

Super nette Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein riesen Anwesen mit tollem Pool! Ganz toller Pavillon im Garten, haben da jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und abends dort gekocht. Wegen der Lage braucht man jedoch unbedingt ein Mietauto, aber war für uns sowieso geplant. Die Duschen sind nicht der Bringer, aber sonst ist alles super gut gewesen. Jedes Zimmer hat nen eigenen Balkon. Das nächste mal mit ner größeren Gruppe, war für uns fast bisschen zu groß! Selbst mit 13 Personen wird es nicht zu eng. Also gerne jederzeit wieder, absolut empfehlenswert
