Fantastic accommodation

The bungalow was perfect for our stay in Rhosneigr. The location is ideal for both beaches and the village, an easy stroll away. It is bright spacious and warm. The garden is secure and perfect for our dog. It is well equipped with everything needed including a pod style coffee machine. Cannot find a single fault - would love to return.

Fabulous House in a Great Location

Had a wonderful stay with friends and two dogs. House was toasty and warm, just what was needed after walks on the beach with the blustery cold weather. Had everything we needed, with the outside shower hose to wash down sandy paws coming in handy. A 5 minute stroll to both beaches or the lake for walks as well as local amenities. Blue Olive is highly recommended for a dog friendly meal out. We’ve booked again for next year already.

Amazing holiday rental

We’ve stayed in 5 /6 different places in Rhosneigr over the last few years and this is by far the best we have stayed at, absolutely immaculate in every way. Decor is beautiful and sofa and beds comfortable would definitely stay again. The location is nicely tucked away but your on the beach or having something to eat and a nice drink within a few minutes

A really lovely bungalow, in an ideal location. Easy access to the beach. The oyster catcher near by plus some great takeaway stops. Suitable for our family of 5 plus 2 extras perfectly.

Lovely property in quiet location

We had a lovely week at Off The Hook. It is located in a quiet location, close to the beach. The property was spotless and the beds are comfy. It has everything you need, apart from a freezer. There are 2 under counter fridges, each with a freezer compartment at the top to put bits and pieces in. The only thing I would suggest is having some blinds or curtains at the patio doors, both for privacy and to stop the sun bleaching things. The car park for the care home backs onto the property and in the evening with the lights on we felt we couldn't fully relax. A nest of tables would be a good addition too. Apart from this we had a great time and would return in the future.

Perfect accommodation

We had a fantastic stay at Off The Hook in Anglesey. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach as well as the local shops, cafés, and great places to eat in Rhosneigr. It made exploring the village completely effortless. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable, with all the little touches that make a place feel like home. After long days of walking the coast and enjoying the sea, it was lovely to come back to such a welcoming space. If you’re looking for a relaxing break in Rhosneigr with everything right on your doorstep, Off The Hook is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Anglesey Break Away.

We stayed a week at Off The Hook a fabulous place.Very contemporary style comfortable furniture and felt like a home from home. Very clean and comfortable .The welcome pack was also added bonus. We will certainly return in the future

Perfect family stay

We had a wonderful week at Off The Hook in July. The bungalow is beautifully decorated and the layout and space made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Being on one level was perfect for us travelling with grandparents and a little one. Travel cot and high chair were of good quality which is important to us when staying somewhere for more than a few days. We made use of the lovely garden which is equipped with plenty of seating and a BBQ. Great property, great location and we are already looking to book again! Thank you

Lovely property

We've stayed here multiple times. It's always clean, well equipped and the location is great. I agree with other reviews that the sofa isn't comfortable which is a shame given everything else is. We noticed this time that the welcome pack which used to showcase Welsh products including welsh cheese and locally produced chilli jam, now has much cheaper non local products, like Garstang crumbly cheese.

Perfect Stay.

A lovely, bright modern bungalow very well equipped. Enclosed garden for children and dogs a short distance from shops and beach. Only downside. No storage for paddle boards or beach equipment. All in all a perfect holiday.

Bright and fresh bungalow

Bungalow is lovely, very bright modern and fresh open plan kitchen/lounge worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Enclosed garden was very sunny and safe for our little dog. Location was good, about 5 mins walk to the beach and main street. Cul de sac is small and peaceful, parking is quite tight but I mastered after a couple of days. I had to contact Anglesey holiday lettings during our stay, they were outstanding as usual.

Lovely peaceful break

We stayed at this property several years ago and loved it here. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is plenty of room at the property and the location of the house is in a peaceful setting. I don’t really have anything negative to say about this property other than a few minor things, it would be nice to have some blinds up at the patio doors/windows leading out onto the back garden. There is a small car park beyond the garden where the care home is situated and I felt blinds would have given the property some privacy from visitors to the care home, especially once it was dark. The property would benefit from some additional smaller frying pans for cooking more family meals. These issues would not put me off booking the property again in the future. We had a lovely relaxing break, the bed was comfortable and the sofas in the lounge are really comfortable. The showers are quite powerful and the bath is a lovely addition to have a relaxing soak after a nice long walk. Rhosneigr is one of our favourite places to visit, we have stayed in a lot of Anglesey holiday lettings properties around the village, and hope to return soon. Very convenient location close to beach and all the shops and restaurants.

Well maintained property and comfortable accommodation. Very close to centre of Rhosneigr. As always great communication with team and housekeeping changed the beds and cleaned bathrooms halfway through fortnight. Very good meals at Blue Olive above the pub. Found Oystercatcher very expensive and not as good. Bungalow nice and warm despite some of the weather. Back garden a sun spot when it was out. Parking a little bit tight but able to fit on no problem. Nice place to stay.

Clean, well presented and comfortable. Great shower in ensuite. Ideal for short stay. No major concerns. Niggles: blind in sitting area is / was broken and needs to be fixed for privacy; a curtain should also be added across the patio doors for the same reason. Mattress in master bedroom has also seen better days (saggy). Beyond that, all good.

Fabulous stay!

Off the hook was spotless throughout & decorated beautifully. We were greeted to a lovely welcome pack & had everything we needed for a fabulous week in Anglesey. The garden was enclosed and there is a good space for the car. Bed was comfy & bathrooms lovely. Things to improve: sofa is narrow & really not comfortable to sit on. Some blinds/curtains on the patio doors would be helpful for more privacy, people passing behind the property could see straight in & our dog didn’t appreciate this either especially staying in a new place. The garden gates were very noisy at night in the wind.

Perfect Rhosneigr retreat!

Off The Hook was the perfect place for an Anglesey getaway. It’s ideally placed just a few minutes away from all beaches, Sandy Mount House and all the local cafes, shops, chippy and other restaurants. It’s also within as easy walking distance to The Oyster Catcher, by either beach or dunes by day, or along the path by the main road at night. The decor inside the bungalow is gorgeous; very modern but also super comfortable, larger than you might think and everything was spotlessly clean. The back garden was very secure for a dog. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were very helpful when a package that was due to be delivered to us there went missing. The package was tracked down; couldn’t fault them at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and management company.

Great location

‘Off the Hook’ is in a great location being just minutes to walk into Rhosneigr and the beach. Great little secure garden. The house is fitted out with modern furniture and kitchen. The sofa is not that comfy with a very low back and positioned so that half the people sitting on it can’t see the TV properly. There are nice wooden blinds in the bedrooms but they offer no light blackout so during our stay (in June) we had to buy eye masks to avoid being woken up at sunrise. Blackout blinds would have been really appreciated. Overall a great holiday in a nice house. Just a few tweaks needed here and there.
