Cabins are well decorated, comfy and clean and welcoming. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues, even though the resort itself is small and pathways smooth and very well maintained, there are a lot of steep areas. The staff were amazing. Everyone we came across could not do enough to help us. Reception, dining and spa, all amazing and went above and beyond anything I would have expected. Really lovely people.

Good place and worth the value ... Although we did get a bargain and I might not have been as happy had I paid full price. Nice staff, good pool and sauna, breakfast average, one heater in room didn't work, TV didn't connect to the internet

Its a beautiful infrastructure, loved the cabins. Ig was quite good, but just a rug, centre table and some wall art would spruce up the place massively. The space was quite good, secluded, hot tub was amazing. It was all well cleaned but there was a moist/damp sort of smell which was a bit unpleasant. Overall very good stay would go again. However spa was a major disappointment. I chose this place as I like to have a spa evening on each day of my trip after all of the roaming around. Was told at check in, its open till 9pm, wasnt signposted its booking only. Went next day to get some treatment to find ouf if closes at 5pm, and needs to be booked in advance so did that for the next day. Very limited slots available which is inconvenient as you have other things to explore as well obviously. However got a booking for two 60 min slots for next day, planned the entire day around it so can make it to this appt. Called next day to confirm, appointment was dropped down to 45 mins slots. When finally arrived, we were offered 30 min slots only and was told only back massage available. This was a big put off, if a service cannot be offered fully it shouldn’t be advertised as such. All around the world resort hotels and spas generally are very accommodative for guests, did not get this feeling from the spa reception staff. Ended up going elsewhere for spa treatment ! The only reason for this long review is in hopes to improve service as it is indeed a very nice establishment !

Hatte eine Lodge. Wohnzimmer/Küche + Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Räume werden mit Elektroheizungen beheizt, die im Wohnzimmer war die vollen 5 Nächte defekt. Dementsprechend kalt war es. Habe eine Mail geschrieben, keine Reaktion. War zweimal an der Rezeption und habe mich beschwert, es hieß immer das sich der Hausmeister das am nächsten Tag anschaut. War mein erster und letzter Besuch, dafür war es einfach zu kalt.
