Midenza Seaside & Nature Retreat

Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 100.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 300 per vehicle (return, maximum occupancy 7)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: EUR 300 (return), (up to 13 years old)
• Pet fee: EUR 15 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees

This may not be a comprehensive list. Fees and deposits are subject to change and might not include tax.

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.
• On-site cash transactions can't exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For more details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in November.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Pets are welcome in certain rooms only; other restrictions apply (please see the Fees section for related charges). To make arrangements for your pet, contact the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation.
