The room was a nice size but it’s definitely in need of a remodel. The room was not cleaned properly and it had a grimy, outdated feel to it. There were visible stains on the lamp shades . The breakfast options were plentiful but the food wasn’t the best tasting. Nice location but that’s about it. Quiet location…I did enjoy that.

Checkin staff member very rude. Got to room, no linens for sofabed. Had to go get everything for yourself. No pillow for that bed - take one from the bed. Stayed 2 nights but Housekeeping never came to check towels, pickup trash or anything. Checkout, clerk never spoke a single word. My last choice for future stays in Richmond.

While the room was fairly clean, the actual hotel is pretty dirty. The entire floor smelled like weed. The breakfast was fairly standard, no complaints. Overall I would not be back because of the dirtiness.

One of the rooms we rented kept having the key lock us out. The key has to be replaced two different times for an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable. The two queen bed rooms were missing the shampoo and conditioner. Even though the rooms was set to 66 degrees it still seemed warm. I did like the additional seating areas and the fact the bedrooms had actual doors that can be closed.
