When we walked into the hotel it smelled moldly/mildew. The room was terrible. We checked the mattresses and boxspring to find stains (unsure of what it was). We immediately checked out and the hotel attendant supposedly refunded us. I am waiting for the refund it should take a few days she said. For us this hotel was not acceptable. The area appears unsafe with woods and homeless holding signs by the hotel parking lot as we left.

Needs some updates

I believe that the hotel could use some sprucing up. The carpets need either a thorough cleaning or replacement. My room had signs of a previous water leak and was poorly patched. While at the hotel a contractor set off the Fire alarm and no warning was given to the customers of work being done and how to react to the alarm.

The roo. was clean but.. .Air conditioner was very loud and noisy. We couldn't use the fan in the bathroom because it made a very loud squeaky noise the whole time. I feel we got the worse room in the hotel on June 28

Front desk staff were very friendly. The carpet in the hall and elevator were nasty. Room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom had filth or mold on the floor and around the tub. The breakfast was not good at all, in fact we ate somewhere else for breakfast the second morning. Hotel in need of renovation.
