While the front desk staff was nice, I had to wait more than once for her to come out of the closed door office. The hotel and outside property smelled of marijuana and I was up until 4 a.m. because the people one floor above me sounded like they were doing gymnastics or participating in a WWE match. Their music was loud and the voices carried through the ceiling. There’s no way I was not the only person to complain about this. This went on from around 1:00 am until 4:00 am. The nice things I can say is the hotel it self seemed clean and the staff working the breakfast service was a very nice lady.

Great Price & Convenient Location

Super Clean. Remodeled. Friendly Staff. Across the street from KD. Perfect stay for the price. In and out with no issues. The room had a black out shade that was perfect since our room faced the parking lot. Breakfast was decent, nothing to write home about.

Meh 😑

Original room was loud, felt unsafe and filthy. I had my dog with me and there was a pill on the floor behind one of the beds. Phone had something sticky on it. Door did not seal and the room was so loud. New room was better but still not great. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Won’t stay at this hotel again but the receptionist was beyond sweet and helpful!

The property is about 25 feet from a train track, so nightly you are awakened by trains...overall for the price, the hotel was okay, friendly staff and was clean.. The beds and pillows are very stiff, so just be away of that.. Stayed there while visiting Kings Dominion, would stay there again, would just ask for.a room towards the feont.of the building, further away from the noise of the trains..
