Arrived a bit late but the front desk worker Cherise was pleasant and quick. I did not see a way to pay for my dog via the Expedia site so I paid when i checked in. She put a hold of $20 on my bank acct but the next day it was gone and a $75 pet fee (plus a $6 cleaning fee) were charged to my card. Total of $81 dollars. She put us on the ground floor and close to the dog walk area which made it convent to taking our pup out. I did find the area dark and it was hard to see where to go. The room was very clean and the bed was nice. Breakfast was included and they had a nice assortment of items to pick from. There were some construction guys eating when I was there around 6:45am. They are building a new Chase bank a few doors down so I guess they were staying there. They were very loud and at 6:45am I was not awake enough to deal with it. Other than that, the hotel was a nice place to stop for the night.

It was a super short overnight stay as we stayed here to split up our road trip. We arrived late & left early the next morning. Desk staff was super friendly. Room was clean. And AC worked great!!

The single staff worker at the front desk was amazing when we checked in late at night. She was so sweet. For being a hotel that claimed they were recently updated, it sure did not appear so. The room just had a smell of stale air. Just not what I expected from a Marriott Hotel.

It was a nice stay. The room was good and comfortable. On the downside, there was not any bread for toast, only bagels. No fruit or muffins to eat or take away.

We enjoy staying at this hotel and do so two times per year. The hotel is always clean and inviting, however, this time, we noticed that there were many things that needed maintenance. They include: The lighted mirror did not work; The electricle receptacle GFIC did not work; The water pressure was too low in the shower; One of the two elevators did not work; There was no functioning guest computer; Finally, there was not AC instructions on how to turn off the air conditioning. ROOM 205. Please address these items as we want to come back.

Booked king room with sofa pull out. Gave us cheaper double queen, didnt even say that it was overbooked. Went all the way to our room to see error This was at midnight after driving all the way from fort eisenhower (military family) Had to haul everything back downstairs to be told we were just out of luck. I have no further words.
