My issue with the property was it wasn’t clear that after a certain time in the evening, the entrance adjacent to the parking area is locked. You have to walk around the building to get inside if u haven’t checked in yet.

Centrally located in the Near West End

The property was perfectly located for our needs. It had been renovated and was in good condition, with a few areas that needed maintenance (e.g., loose exterior tile, shower seam sealing, and toilet seat tightening). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet, especially those facing the mall parking lot. The price point was excellent, and the breakfast was standard (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc.) but hearty. There was plenty of seating in the dining area.

Everything was good. Enjoy my stay. Nice big room and cleanliness. Love bathroom and toiletries. Only stayed 1 nite. Staff was pleasant. Hope to stay longer on next visit.

The room was clean but the water was cold every night. Talk to manager and was told that it happens sometimes. Couldn’t switch rooms at the time because I had an appointment, tried to switch when I can back and was told they couldn’t do anything for me
