The hotel is gorgeous! Our second stay. My only complaint was the heating unit. It ran every 15 min and sounded like a plane getting ready to take off. No sleep. They also had a snow storm a week prior. Street with valet was a sheet of ice. Extremely dangerous and almost impossible to load and unload our car. Hotel should have cleared all this for the safety of their guests.

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature excellent showers. The food at the hotel is outstanding, and the location is a major highlight. Being in the arts district, there are plenty of interesting spots to explore, along with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby if you choose not to dine at the hotel.

Cool and quirky hotel as the name suggests. Friendly staff, in the cool art district. Has interesting and artistic designs, beautiful bathroom. In a renovated old building with unusual space proportion.

Check in could be in improved qithore coordinationand process improvement. My bags were stored in advance since I arrived early and my room was not available. I was unformed I did not need a bag ticket however when I returned to check into my room I was asked where my bag were stored. Qhen I gave them the gentleman's name who took my bag I was asked who he was. The guests on my floor were extremely loud throughout the evening. There was a loud humming sound coming thru the air vent and the shower water only got tempud though it was was hot. I had a full schedule on my short stay and it was it was only for a one night stay that I did not contact the hotel for any of the fore mentioned issues.

The woman that worked the night shift is an actual saint. I arrived at midnight after a day of moving my house and driving from NY with my dog and kids. She saw the exhaustion on my face and jumped right in to make sure I got in easy. She helped me with my bags and my car and just ushered us in to our room to rest. I love this woman. Give her equity.
