The room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 3:30 pm. When they finally called us to let us know it was ready, the toilet wasn’t flushing and there was no hot water in the shower. The customer service was horrible, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. We had to ask for a refund and went to a different hotel

I was working late and just needed a place to crash for a few hours' sleep and to shower/change; my usual hotel was booked, but I ended up being extremely impressed with this property, especially given how inexpensive it is. I was checking in much later than expected (after midnight), but the woman who checked me in (Angela maybe?) couldn't have been lovelier -- not only helpful but warm and cheerful while doing so. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped (it's closer to an extended stay with the kitchenette). There were thoughtful touches, like roller shade being inset behind slats that ensured not a sliver of light came in. Only a few things kept it from being a 5: -the location is very convenient, but it's very hard to find, bc the location is not in Google properly yet; -the bed was very comfortable, but the cover was a bit thin, and there weren't any extra blankets; -the shower stall is a bit narrow; -the lighting is a mixed bag: there's a lot in different places, which is great, but the ones next to the bed are a little too bright and cool I'm temperature for their job; just emphasizes how sterile the place is. On the whole, though, I would happily stay there again, and it's an *extraordinary* value for what it provides.

Hotel is good hard to find with the apps since it is new. Night lights in bathroom would be great as well as a couch or chairs that are more comfortable than the plastic ones there now .

I booked a 2 x Queen room for my family and I but when we checked in and went to the room, it was a 1 x King room. I went to the front desk, showed the reservation I made for 2 x Queen and was told that Hotels.com doesnt have direct access to Studio 6's real-time vacancy and that sometimes when booking through 3rd party sites, you may not get the exact room that you reserved. I asked if they had another room available, thinking I would just purchase a 2nd room but they were booked to their capacity. I had to split my family up and purchase a room at a different hotel. Not ideal because when you purchase a room for the same night, the price is through the roof. Hencefore why I prepaid for a 2 x Queen room in the first place. We arent sure why there's a disconnect is between Hotels.com and Studio 6 in real-time but its left a sour taste in our mouth and we hope this is addressed so that others dont have to experience this. This experience has cost my family both time and money. Im sad to know that even with a 100% prepaid reservation, that may not reserve what I prepaid for.
