It was a nice experience overall, the place is clean, neat, and close to parks. The only bitter thing is I booked the tower and paid more to get a nice view but I was given 3rd floor which is like the basement even though there was empty rooms in higher floors, I know that because I asked another receptionist and gave me 9th floor

This is my fourth work trip in Riga and I’ve always stayed at Radisson Blu Latvija. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, kettle with complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room, ideal conference space all make it a great place to stay. The waiting time at reception was longer than usual (some guests just took their time and didn’t care there was already a long queue) but the reception ladies were always friendly m. The WiFi was a bit unstable and kept disconnecting - that needs improvement (security-wise, might be better to password-protect it), but all in all it’s still one of my favorite hotels (and I travel many times a year).
