I recently stayed at this VRBO for three days and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great place for a short getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy Beach Stay

Staying in Ricon for our 33rd anniversary, this cozy place was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with beach access. Bring your snorkel gear. Hostess was quick addressing any questions we had. We definitely recommend the Reef 2.

Clean, quiet and a quick walk to Black Eagle Beach

Due to the Aguadilla flight schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night and immediately felt safe upon walking into the house. Very clean and cozy, and super responsive managers. While this is right by Steps Beach, we actually spent most of our time at Black Eagle Beach (diving, snorkeling, eating)... Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful spot, listing needs updating

We had a fantastic stay at this place. Very nice unit for two people. Clean, well stocked and centrally located to beaches and downtown Rincon. Communication with our host was great. Only knock is that there is now a fence at the end of the property obscuring the sea/beach view which was not shown on the listing. Other than that, fantastic, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic spot

I loved my stay. Just steps to the beach, wonderful rope swing on the beach, great spot to set up a hammock,. could hear the crashing of the waves all night long from the bedroom. Easy walk to other beaches and great food options at the Marina. Would for sure stay again.

Overall it was ok, we were just a little disappointed that when we arrived the WiFi and television didn’t work. Took a few days to get it fixed And only 1 A/C which was located in the bedroom.

Great Spot

Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed.

Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this property. The unit layout provides plenty of space and privacy with a beautiful patio, open yard area overlooking the beach which provides unrestricted sunset views. Easy walk to the beach, dive shop and restaurants at the Marina. The owner provided suggestions for things to do prior to our stay and had a binder on the coffee table with suggestions as well which we found very helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. We have been coming to Rincon for 7 years and found this to be one of our best visits, highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this property!

Luis, the property manager was very accommodating and welcoming. The location is nothing short of Amazing! We will definitely come back. You are just a short walk from Steps beach to the North and an easy walk to the South to the marine to some restaurants. We met a family nest door that have coming for years and we’re very helpful with places to check out on our brief stay. The only thing I can say, (and this is not a complaint) is that cooking breakfast was a challenge due to our very small skillet 😄. We made it work. It just took us some time. The coffee maker is also small. But it does the job. The view, the location, the beach is all we could ask for. Wish we had stayed longer. But this was our first time and we are all ready talking about coming back. This was just one highlight of a trip that started in Rio Grande, and is ending at another great house on a lake in the mountains. We love Puerto Rico. Everyone we have met and encountered has been very gracious and welcoming. We will be back!
