Mountaintop Villa avec vue spectaculaire Sunset View des Caraïbes

Détendez-vous et sentez la sérénité que cette Breezy 3000 sq. Ft. Ciel ouvert à la maison privée a à offrir. Situé dans la partie sud de Rincon, cette villa chaleureuse et accueillante offre une vue spectaculaire sur 360 degrés de la mer des Caraïbes. A l'est, la poursuite de la petite chaîne montagneuse tropicale luxuriante où notre villa réside, et à l'ouest se trouve la mer des Caraïbes, avec l'île Desecheo en visibilité.

Tenez-vous sur deux niveaux de grands balcons et 1500 sq. Ft. De vérandas et de prendre dans l'arôme de l'air pur de la montagne tout en écoutant le chant des grenouilles Coqui ou le bruit de la pluie frappant les feuilles de bananier. Regarder le lever du soleil sur les montagnes le matin, se détendre au soleil sur notre véranda ouverte pendant la journée, regarder le soleil sur l'océan dans la soirée, et lever les yeux pour voir la vue la plus magnifique du ciel de nuit qui Rincon a offrir.

Le premier étage de la maison est spacieuse et aérée. Ouvrez les fenêtres et laisser les alizés balayent doucement à travers. L'océan peut être vu depuis le salon, salle à manger, cuisine. service Internet Wifi et une télévision 52 "à écran plat dans le salon. Salle de bain complète et une chambre avec lit queen sont également situés à cet étage. Descendez les escaliers magnifiquement ornés dans le plancher bas, où deux chambres, chacune avec lits queen et leurs propres daybeds (lits jumeaux), résident. Les lits queen sont sur une plate-forme incrusté de telle sorte que le client peut voir l'océan tout en se reposant dans le lit par des portes françaises. Salle de bain complète, avec une vue dans la douche, est également à cet étage. Véranda est accessible depuis les deux chambres.

Notre villa se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture des plages, des restaurants et des bars, et est situé dans un quartier sûr. À proximité des aéroports et les grandes villes sont Aquadilla (30 minutes), Mayaguez (20 minutes) Ponce (1 heure) et San Juan (2 heures). La ville de Mayaguez et tout ce qu'elle a à offrir est à proximité. Surf et snorkeling plages se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture. Excellent accueil du téléphone cellulaire.

We had such a nice time sitting on the deck watching the afternoon rain, and then relaxing in the jacuzzi. Everything you could need to cook and relax during your visit.

House is beautiful I don’t like the Roads , amazing house to enjoy w family and friends, but it need a pool, bc if you stay in there w friends and family then you do t need to drive to the beach, bc I’m not a beach lover.

This property was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing. We had wonderful time relaxing out on the patio and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We were about 5-10 minutes from some local restaurants and around 20 minutes from the beaches.

The villa is perfect in every expext. Beautiful view, spacious, cozy. Popo is so sweet. He even brought us bread and fruits for breakfast saving a trip to drive down the windy road to find a market.

Absolutely breathtaking!! The balcony view was incredible! Everything was just as described it would be and so much more. The host, Popo, was excellent and so attentive to our every need. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to taste a little but of the island. The owner was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking and going well. We honestly could not have asked for more. This airb&b far exceeded our expectations. The home was welcoming, beautiful, and unique with its gorgeous decor and wall paintings. We hope to visit again!!

Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

This house was absolutely stunning! Maria and popo are the absolute best and so easy to get ahold of! The house is on the mountain so beautiful views. the drive up to the house is about 8minutes from down town. The drive is kind of difficult and can be scary! But after a few times driving it, it got much easier! But 100% worth it!

Fantastic View/Location!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

SPECTACULAR HOUSE AND VIEWS

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

The house and property are beautiful, and the view is amazing. Short drive to the town and beach. Highly recommended. One note: those unfamiliar or uncomfortable with "mountain driving" may be put off by the narrow road, inclines, and hairpin turns. We did find a slightly longer route to/from town that allowed us to avoid the sharpest turn.

Rincon Mountain View Villa

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

AGREE.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can’t stop bragging about how wonderful time we had at this Amazing property, specious, tastefully decorated and it’s one of our favorite family vacation rentals by far. My husband, 2 adults daughters and I had an amazing experience staying in here with spectacular view of sea, watching sunset from the balcony, sounds of nature in the morning, our favorite time..The kitchen well stocked with every we needed. The rides up the hill add to the fun you will have at this beautiful house.The owner one of the best host we have met, was kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for accommodating our early check in and late check out and appreciate your friendship Maria! And Popo is so sweet, brought lots of goodies for us. We will be back!

The ride up to the property, like all drives in the hills of Puerto Rico, could be a little tricky – but once you knew where you were going it was no big deal. The house was as advertised, the outdoor space especially was fantastic. The Hot Tub for cool plunges during the day or warm relaxing during the evening was perfect, and of course, the views – the unbelievable panoramic views of Rincon, and the ocean all the way from the north side Sandy Beach area down to Stella. The house was clean and well equipped. We spent a month, so we used the kitchen, grill and laundry many times. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions as was Popo who brought us delicious bananas. Just sitting on the veranda watching the hawks, doves and other birds swoop around was a joy. You also get an occasional visit from a chicken, lizard or coqui, which kept our little dog very entertained. We will certainly be back, we already miss it.

We Love Rincon!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The listing is accurate, communication with the owner is excellent, it was the most well-equipped and supplied home we have stayed in in Puerto Rico. It is nicely decorated with a much higher quality of construction than usual as well. Quieter than some homes, the roosters are a little farther away. Close to town and beaches with a fun drive to get to it that is part of the adventure. The google pin supplied led us right to the house, HOWEVER, I would recommend calling to meet the caretaker Popo in town and have him lead you if your first visit is in the dark. After that it's not a problem. This was our 8th trip to P.R., 4th to Rincon, we would definitely rent this place again. We usually stay on the ocean, this was a nice change of pace! Two levels, great decks and porches, there is a door between the two downstairs bedrooms but you have to walk through one to get to the other. No problem, just put the late sleepers in the farther room.

Rincón with a view

The mountain top house had a great view with a nice jacuzzi in the terrace. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during our stay so the upper level of the house was hot. The ac unit in the master bedroom was outdated and did not cool the room enough. There is no ac unit in the living room. Fans were provided, but was still not able to keep the house cool upstairs. Home owner was made aware, but they did not check in on us again to make sure we were comfortable. The house was also in need of a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, floor, and outdoor furniture. Overall the home was good and had a nice view, but has room for improvement.

The Best Mountain House with Ocean View

The house is beautiful!!! The view is SPECTACULAR! Mountains and ocean..... The groundskeeper Popo was so lovely and accommodating to meet us earlier than our scheduled check -in. Maria, the owner of the property was the greatest. She was kind and thoughtful and wanted to make certain that we didn't go without. Although we didn't need much of anything (considering the house was so well stocked for a vacationers happiness) she wanted us to know that she was just one phone call away away. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen item needed if you want to make a meal., make coffee. Just bring the food. The area felt very safe, the music of the Puerto Rican frog (Coqui) was the best to fall asleep to. Then wake up to the sounds of the roosters in the far distant, and have coffee on the the massive balcony. Later take a dive in the Jacuzzi. Thanks Maria for sharing your a glorious house. Beautiful house and view!

The owner Maria and property manager were very attentive to your needs and I am very pleased with them! The house is beautiful and is well equipped with everything you need! The view is phenomenal and the best part of the house is the terrace! We spent most of our time out there! The only negative thing was that the drive up and down the mountain was longer than 5 min for us it was more like 20 min. We were always on the go so we would be making that drive several times a day and it got old. Also the only place the wifi worked was in the master suite and in the living room if the master suite's door was open. (That is were the router is located). 5 ppl were sleeping downstairs and none of us were able to use our tablets which was a major bummer. We contacted Maria and she said she contacted the cable company and they said nothing was wrong with the service however the problem was never fixed. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace and tranquility. The feeling I got sitting outside looking over into the wildlife and beach sitting on top of a mountain as I sipped my coffee was priceless.
