A good Hotel well located

The Hotel is well located, right next to a Metro station and three blocks from Copacabana beach. It is a modern hotel with all amenities, including a small pool on its terrace. The service from all their staff is excellent, friendly and prompt. My room was very small and windowless (I knew this at the time of booking) but it served my purpose fine, having all the amenities I needed albeit in a very compact space. WiFi did not work in my room, despite assurances it would. I had to come to the lobby to access it on my devices or on the two hotel PCs. Breakfast was excellent, huge variety but be aware if you get there after 9am, you have to queue a good few minutes to get in! I had a good stay in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to Ipanema or Copacabana beaches.

Cheap

Cheap hotel, but not that clean. When I got to my room, bed sheet wasn't clean. There were some dust. And it had some smell. I don't know how to explain about smell.

Gave us a room in the basement

The hotel gave us a room in the basement, and for a 4* hotel, I think that says it all! One side of the room floor was sticky. White towels had spots. The hotel's reception area looks like a 4-5* hotel, but it's extremely deceptive. Rooms were supposed to have safe which they didn't! Not recommended at all.

Stay away

It's in a good location near the subway and the bech but that's about it. Hotel staff is rude. There was an issue with my reservation and they charged me double. The room was small and with no windows, what I imagine a prision cell is like. There were bus in the bathroom and it has no ventilation at all. Food is greassy. I went up to the pool and its going through renovation and there were people working there... One of them actually farted while I was there. Just not recomendable at all. It's maybe a half a star hotel.

Localização tranquila, a 50 m do metrô Cantagalo

Apartamentos tipo studio, muito confortável para acomodação individual, mas para permanência de curta duração em virtude de ventilação artificial, apenas pelo ar condicionado.

Diante dos extorsivos preços praticados pela rede hoteleira do Rio, este hotel é honesto, com café da manhã fantástico e serviços ágeis, mas a wi-fi não funcionou. Os quartos, mesmo pequenos, oferecem todo o conforto necessário ao hóspede, tendência dos modernos hotéis urbanos.

Hôtel moderne et propre

C'est un très bon hôtel comparativement aux hôtels dans la même tranche de prix à Copacabana. La propreté est exemplaire et les installations sont modernes. Les chambres sont petites, mais c'est la norme dans le secteur. Attention si vous prenez une chambre économique "sans vue": ça veut dire qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Donc ça fait une chambre humide. L'eau dans le fond de la douche ne sèche pas, même après 24h. Autre point négatif: il y avait peu d'insonorisation sur mon étage. On entendait facilement les bruits du corridor ainsi que les conversations provenant des chambres voisines. Il faut dormir avec des bouchons. Le déjeuner gratuit est de très bonne qualité. Une excellente sélection de fruits frais, ainsi que des oeufs, des gâteaux et pains variés.

Recepcionistas cordiais, café da manhã muito bom, excelente localização (praticamente em cima da estação Cantagalo), próximo à praia, quarto single de dimensões razoáveis, faltando apenas uma janela e toalhas de banho novas.

O hotel é ótimo. Localização muito boa. Chuveiro e cama perfeitos. Café da manhã muito bom. Só a imagem da TV estava bem ruim mas não utilizei muito. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Valeu a pena!

Cumpre o que promete

O quarto não possuía janelas, é pequeno e depende do ar condicionado para ventilação. É um tanto claustrofóbico. De qualquer forma, isso estava explícito na reserva, portanto o hotel foi honesto a respeito. Tive de trocar de quarto porque no primeiro provavelmente algum hóspede mal educado sentou-se molhado no colchão e fez com que ele mofasse. Assim, tossi a primeira noite inteira. Reclamei na recepção e me trocaram imediatamente de acomodação, resolvendo o problema sem discussões.

Um hotel economico em Copacabana

O quarto individual é pequeno mas atende bem quem vai apenas passar a noite. O único porém é que não tem janelas, e dentro do quarto você fica sem sinal de celular e sem internet (não funciona).
