The entire team went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasurable. Very polite and always wore a smile and ready to help, promptly. The room was lovely, partial sea view and ample space for 2 people. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Little details such as staff remembering what beverages you preferred went a long way. Its evident how hard the team work as it was a busy hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel on two occasions and food was of great quality. I will most definitely be staying at this hotel for my next visit. Keep up the good work, you made our stay memorable. Thank you so much.

The attention to detail at this resort is unmatched. Rooms were cleaned flawlessly. They treat you like royalty. You can walk right to Copacabana beach. Or take a 3-4USD UBER to Ipanema. As far as safety, I did not once feel unsafe anywhere in Rio
