Incredible luxury triplex penthouse with living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 suites), laundry area, 2 toilets, kitchen, relaxing space, private terrace with barbecue, shower, deck and pool and one more balcony. Just renovated apartment accommodating up to 8 people. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioner and indirect lighting. 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed and closet. The 4th bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. The kitchen offers a stove, oven, spacious refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to have the stay of your dreams.

Great location on the 10th floor of a family building facing the subway station, less than 5 minutes walk to Copacabana beach and less than 10 minutes to Ipanema beach. Close to public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries, banks and restaurants.

The property has a beautiful indirect lighting and equipped with 2 Smart TVs (cable), Wi-fi Internet, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
