The property was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was a nice addition. But the hotel is located in an area that does not feel safe, especially in the evening. Thankfully, there is one restaurant option on the ground floor. But when you get tired of that And the restaurant in the hotel, there are no in the area that you can get to safely

Equipe totalmente despreparada, serviço amador e antiético. O funcionário que se diz chamar-se Romário é extremamente despreparado para o cargo, demonstrando a incompetência do serviço. Meu quarto estava com ar-condicionado quebrado e o funcionário teve a cara-de-pau de não oferecer outro quarto pois “influente poderia chegar as 8h” mesmo sabendo que o checkin era as 13h. Não resolveu meu problema e foi estupidamente mal educado sem ter noção da sua obrigação quanto gerente. Não peço favor, estou pagando para ser atendido de acordo com o serviço do hotel. Equipe despreparada. Péssimo serviço
