Cute Little Apartment that Came with a Lovely Host

This spot is a quaint, pop art-styled apartment just blocks from Ipanema Beach. It is nestled in between delicious restaurants, and the neighborhood is gorgeous and welcoming. Though not pictured, the apartment features a very large sliding window that framed a pristine view of Christ the Redeemer. The apartment is managed by Rio Spot Homes. Our assigned rep, Yuri, reached out to us via WhatsApp the moment we arrived in Rio. Its not too often that you book a place and it comes with such a kind, generous, and knowledgeable guide. If you’re looking for a place in Brazil, I recommend Rio Spot Homes’ accommodations, and I HOPE you get lucky enough to have a Yuri come with your experience!

Bonitinho mas quase ordinário

Reservei por 4 dias este apto (bem localizado , confortável) e tudo transcorria bem , mas ... No 3° dia , chegando ( 18:30) depois de um dia c muitas atividades e com ingressos comprados p teatro e depois jantar c amigos , fomos surpreendidos com a Falta de luz. Ligamos p os responsáveis e enviaram uma pessoa p o conserto . Ao fim do reparo (23:15), 4 horas, tv, ar condicionado , tomadas , luz do banheito , banheiro ficaram sem funcionar. Na sequência fomos informados por moradores que esta unidade era uma das poucas que não haviam trocado a fiação , como determinara o condominio, estando sujeita a incidente como esse . Ou seja nao estava apta a a ser alugada. Irresponsabilidade da proprietária e da imobiliária !! Perdemos a peça e o jantar com os amigos . E ainda ficamos com fios desencapados numa parte do ap até a manhã seguinte. Na devolução do ap , dia posterior , recebemos 100,00 reais de desconto pelos incômodos que passamos. Um desrespeito , pois só de ingressos da peça tínhamos perdido 240,00 reais. Sem levar em consideração a noite perdida. Ressalto a boa vontade da Paula , funcionária da imobiliária, que sempre foi atenciosa conosco.
