The apartment is accessed from a balcony terrace to the bright living room with kitchen equipped with induction hob and two queen-size sofa beds and a pull-out single bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one service and one complete with box. All rooms are air conditioned. A second balcony is available on the internal side. Each apartment has its own equipped corner in the garden for exclusive use with chairs, table and umbrella and a private BBQ.

Important Notes:

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
