Rural House 'Los Avellanos 2' with Mountain Views, Private Terrace and Garden
Los Avellanos 2 is located in Celis, within a private, gated complex with three houses. This rural home offers beautiful mountain views. Spread over two floors, the ground floor features a living room and kitchen, while upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with TVs and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. By the entrance, you'll find a small porch with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Amenities include TV, washing machine, books, and toys for children. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are also available. Please note, there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and firewood is included. All rooms, including the living room, have heating. Outside, enjoy a private fenced garden and exclusive-use barbecue. At the back, there’s a gazebo with a large wooden table and benches. Guests also have access to a shared area with a playground, mini-golf, basketball hoops, archery, and other toys. Four parking spaces are available next to the houses in the shared area; parking is free and also available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.
