The upper floor is reached through an exterior staircase and features a combined living and sleeping area complete with 1 sofa bed and 1 pull-out bed, as well as a dining table. A separate room on this level accommodates 1 double bed measuring 160 cm, and a steep staircase leads further up to an open gallery where a second double bed, also measuring 160 cm, is available. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC combined. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the open-hearth fireplace present in the apartment is purely decorative and is not available for use.
