Wake up to the sound of the river in this stunning cabin set just 30 metres from the Freeman River and surrounded by forest and wildlife. With direct access to the river and beach, this is a peaceful retreat for guests seeking nature, quiet, and a truly special countryside stay. This unique spot has direct access to river & beach!

The cabin features 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 toddler beds available) + balcony, along with a fireplace and propane stove for a warm and inviting stay. A private outdoor washhouse with hot shower, sink, and toilet is located just outside the cabin, adding to the unique charm of this wilderness retreat.

Please be aware that the river cabin is located in a natural wilderness setting where deer, moose, coyotes, bears, cougars, and other wildlife may be present in the area. For your safety and theirs, observe wildlife from a distance and do not leave food outdoors.

Our hosts were amazing, they made sure that we had everything we needed as well as we’re very friendly. We stayed here for our wedding and it was the perfect little getaway. I love how close it is to the river, even though it was quite cold and raining. It was nice to sit by it and watch it. We brought along our fuzzy companion as well and he loved every minute. I highly recommend staying at this property if you want a scenic quiet getaway. Host are amazing. House is so cute and the newly added shower house is so cozy.
