The toilet bowl in the restroom couldn't flush. When I requested maintenance, the front desk clerk suggested I pick up a plunger in the front office. That was her only resolution to resolving the issue with the toilet bowl. I had no choice. I picked up the plunger and tackled the problem myself.

Better than expected considering the neighborhood. It looked like improvements were underway, but the exterior has real need for refreshing. Only having a single elevator at one corner was inconvenient. Heater was marginal.
