Yes, the room never had hot water and we stayed for two nights and it made our trip very bad. We couldn’t take showers and had to heat up everything 😡

I paid for 3 days..2 days there was No HoT water...management has still not got back with me about a refund or discount..i say Dont stay here JUST FIND ANOTHER ROOM..Also the Police is always messing wit the people who has rooms..i think its a FBI sting always going on...if u lime to ne left alone..dont stay

I gave a low rating based on how poorly the situation was handled about the issues that took place while I stayed there from 12/27-12/29. The main issue that I had was finding a roach in the shower and upon requesting a refund, I was told that I would get a partial refund for that day and a full refund for the next day as long as I checked out right then and there.
