Luckily it was only to sleep here but very run down hotel including staff. Strange to have to ask for cooking items or even shampoo! We almost cancelled our reservation after seeing our room. Smelled very strange too. Blinds were broken.

The staff is what made the stay. So friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure. The rooms themselves needed a bit of updating. However, for what we paid, we were good with it. It’s definitely the place you want to stay if you need the small kitchen.

We stay one night , the ceiling lights keeps turning on in the middle of the night . The blinds in the window didn’t close and when we turn on the heater it smells really bad . Both beds very uncomfortable to sleep on.

We checked in late night. The next day our stuff was bagged up and we got downgraded to a handicap room that smelled horrible. The staff was unprofessional and a HUGE inconvenience.

The Hotel had a foul smell in the hallways and stairwells. It was loud and noisy and Was woken up at 1:30am with music coming from room next door. Staff appeared to be short handed. Do not recommend this hotel.

I had the worst experience yet. They’ve allowed these room to all be pet friendly. I pr payed for room and walked into the room and all I could smell was dog. I then asked for another room, the second as well smelled like dog. I went downstairs to request a clean not smelling room. Receptionist said that she had three more rooms to look at for me that were available. Upon her return she said there was not one that wasn’t bad. I said ok and as soon as I walked in that room also smelled. This time I had no other options but to keep it. Being they are long stay rooms, the sofa was torn and you can tell someone was sitting on it for months being it was so worn out with cracked leather seats. I asked for a sheet to cover it. I also went down the street to stater Bros to get my own cleaning supplies and candles for the smell. I cleaned the floors and restroom myself. After spraying floors down with bleach, a sheet to cover sofa and utilizing candles it wasn’t so bad anymore. The next day I requested extra towels and that was a problem receptionist said being it was the weekend, said I wasn’t supposed to request extras because there stock is low and no one washes towels over the weekend. Over all it was a bad experience for me and never again will I stay at this hotel.

1 day stay costed me $502.12

I booked at 2:30 am and arrived at hotel 15 min later only to find out to pay extra because of a no early check in policy. So I paid hotels.com $113.23 plus pd extended stay $138.89 due to no early check in. I requested late check out 12:30 they said no problem. When it was time to check out they were knocking on the door calling the room I advised them I thought you guys agreed the late check out and the manager stated after 12pm maid service does not clean rooms so because it was 12:35/12:40 pm the maid can’t clean the room. Mind you when staff came to the door it was 2 housekeeping ladies and the manager feeling like we were gonna get jumped. I had a calming scented candle on for relaxation due my stress level my daughter is in active duty war so I just wanted to have some peace of mind. I blew out the candle and took candle with me and manager went into the room looked around I left a $20 tip I felt bad because apparently maid wasn’t able to clean as walking away the maids laughed an one said you forgot your smoke in the room I laughed and said my candle I don’t smoke! 3 days later got a $250 charge it was a incidental charge for smoking I called extended stay and said to them I was not smoking it was from my candle he replied well it’s a no smoking hotel! I should have put the damn lid to trap smoke in the jar.

Graduation stay in Williams AZ

**Review for Hotel.com I recently had a disappointing experience with Hotel.com that I feel compelled to share. I booked a hotel room but quickly realized I had selected the wrong date. After canceling just 30 minutes later, I was shocked to find that I would not receive a refund for my booking. This has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service. Additionally, the hotel I ended up staying at in Williams for $149 was far from what I expected. The room was lacking basic amenities like a closet, iron, and ironing board, and the window in the rear was un covered, which made the space feel even more unsafe The overall appearance of the room was very old and rustic, with loose floorboards that added to the overall discomfort. For a price of $149, I expected a much better experience. I would not recommend using Hotel.com based on my experience, as their policies and the quality of their listings did not meet my expectations. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your travel needs.
