I didn’t stay. The bed had sand in it, the pillows were worn out, the people LIVING in the motel were noisy and when the domestic fighting began I left. I travel with a service dog and he was on high alert while we were there. Overall a horrible experience for a woman traveling alone. I was in the room a total of 3 hours before deciding to move on.

I do think the staff was really good and trying but the room had lights that didn't work and one went out while using the room and the hot water went out

We arrived to find that no one reserved our room! There were no other rooms available in the whole town. We had to keep driving another 3 hours and slept in our car because there were no vacancies anywhere. We demand a refund as it was not our fault.

Sold me a non-existant room

This is a contract issie between hotels.com and the hotel. When i arrived the clerk said the owner had canceled the reservation because they were sold out. Then a second clerk came in, and after a while she said she had a larger group she could move to a sister hotel. Since my reservations had been canceled (so they claimed) they made me pay a second time. They ckaimed the cancelation resulted in not being paid by hotels.com. Three hours later i finally found a phone number to talk to a live, but noy very helpful, hotels.com agent. He agreed to file some kind of a report, but the whole time i was treated like the issue was my problem, not theirs.

Got a sense of nostalgia for a nice small town motel. Well kept up and maintained. Great value, nice staff.

Not a good experience. We got to the room, carpet was dirty, we had to ask for toilet paper and only had one wash cloth. He said they were short on wash cloths. They must live there so children were running around our car and running scooters thru out the parking lot. No coffee pot in the room and the lobby was locked so we couldn’t get ice because the ice machine was in the lobby . ( locked ) bad experience

Good place to stay at a budget price. The room is clean. It was quiet. So we were able to get a good night's sleep. Check in was okay. The clerk was soft spoken. She was nice. Located close to downtown Riverton.
