This experience has been the worst since I have been coming here. I confirmed twice with the hotel my arrival date time and ferry. I was scheduled to be picked up at the ferry 11:30 after several attempts to reach them in the phone( by the way they don’t pickup the local phone I had to call the USA number .,we got picked up at 1pm our room was suppose to be ready at 3:30’we returned almost 5pm and it was not ready we had to wait around another half hour before we could get to our room we came to a family reunion which was staring at 6pm. When I checked in I requested linen for the pull out bed when I returned to my room at 11pm there were no linens I had to go to the front desk to request linen. This was suppose to be a relaxed trip and it turned into a nightmare. By the way no one from management apologized for the poor service we received. Also there were 2 other couples waiting to be picked up and just left after waiting for so long. As much as I liked spending vacations at infinity this will be my last time there. There are very nice resorts around the area that would be happy to accommodate us.

My stay at the Infinity Bay Hotel was very pleasant. There were some things I didn't like, like my room not being clean. They never brought me a coffee maker that I requested the first day I stayed. However, the beautiful ocean and the atmosphere outside the hotel made up for it. It was wonderful to wake up to a walk on the beach and watch the sunsets. The hotel is located in an area with the best beach, so it's worth every penny. The breakfast was delicious. My entire stay was great, we didn't get sick, and we had a great time. 100% recommended, and we will definitely return. I didn't want to leave Infinity Bay Hotel. I'll be back soon!

We returned to the room very late on Sunday night and noticed that the WiFi was would not connect. Then in the middle of the night we noticed that the AC was not working and that the entire unit was very hot . We tried calling but the phone also did not work . We tried to call once again in the morning and the phone was still not working. On Monday we left for an our events and then speak with the night agent once after we returned to an extremely hot room . The ac , the fans ,phone and WiFi all did not work . Someone came up and “tripped the breaker” and then it started to work . We unplugged the router and then the wifi worked . We would also like to express that some of the buffet workers made a few of us feel unwelcome and that we were a bother to them . The end of Sunday night the staff at the bar was very rude and even started to argue with each other. The morning of our departure we spoke with an agent and was informed to speak with a manager later on before leaving since the manager was not available. We returned and spoke with Danery and was given her business card as well as the manager’s. Danery informed us to send an email to both. I sent several emails in regards to the issues with the room but have not receive a response . Although there was a few issues with our room and the staff I would like to mention that overall the staff was very friendly .

Bed was great. Room was very comfortable and spacious, but a little outdated for my taste. Best location in the island. Very safe and family oriented, nice environment. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. The reef is 100 meters from shore therefore you can easily swim to the reef and view a variety of marine life. From the dock you can charted scuba diving trips, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing, rent jet skis etc... super safe, police presence at the beach just to help....very friendly.

Infinity bay is a beautiful hotel nested in a perfect location on the West Bay beach but has some issues. Pros: Pools are amazing, breakfast buffet is great, perfect location, decent rooms. Buffalo chicken pizza is good. Cons: Service is not good, takes forever to get anything done and tips are expected on EVERYTHING, pool can get real dirty by the end of the day, check in process is bad and lobby is way understaffed - our check in was at 3pm but our room wasn't ready until ~5. Food and drinks are overpriced, diving is overpriced. Worst part was that during 5 nights our room was really only cleaned ONCE even though we requested it every single day. They showed up at 6pm wanting to clean the room but we were taking a nap and continued to try to clean the room at that time. Biggest issue is STAFFING.

Cross contamination that caused an allergic reaction two times and once resulting in me have to take my epi pen so I didn’t die. No bed sheets, blankets or pillows for my son and I had to call to have some delivered to our room when we had circled that we needed them when we checked in. His bed was broken bed where it was unsafe for him to sleep in. Our room was dirty Room service only came once to make the bed and clean We were on our last roll of toilet paper by the time the cleaning person came. Paid for the all inclusive mainly for the food options and we did not get what we paid for Food menu was not as promised. None of the staff member were able to to give me accurate answers in when snack time was Wednesday had to go off the resort to get food for my son because I was told that snack time ended at 10am. Overall we spent a lot of money to be here and to enjoy the amenities and had a really bad experience. I would like some time of reimbursement for all the money that we had spent.

Upon arrival the manager was friendly,however thats as far as the hospitality went. The first 4 days we had to call for room service and it took hours before they cane...everyday i went to the beach they werent any towels and the staff suggested i stop coming to the beach at that time. The breakfast was good and the cooks very friendly. The AC went out and every time called it took hours for someone to come, the guy finally came and fixed it...but overall not a good experience at all. We also had family come visit us and followed all protocols for guest visits and the security guard yelled at my family members and spoke to them like criminals and demanded i go see him immediately. He didnt even check with staff first if i had registered them...It was very embarrassing. Again very disappointed. This was our second time staying here and it will be our last. I did not feel like i was on vacation.

Very comfortable and had everything you needed. The pool area is beautiful and well kept and clean. The beach is very close to the rooms and pool area. The dive shop is convenient and staff are very helpful and $10 a day for snorkeling equipment is a deal. Breakfast variety and quality were excellent. Would definitely recommend. We always felt safe and well taken care of.

Food in resort is okay. I recommend dining in one of the local restaurants for more authentic food. Not worth getting the all inclusive food package. You'll spend less eating outside resort which is walking distance. Rooms were spacious and moderately clean (noticed mold on side of fridge and water leaking from floor above) staff reaponds quickly to any concerns and addressed them to best of there ability
