Fun cottage with hot tub, pool table, game room, and a huge deck.

The main floor features an open concept and well-equipped kitchen with a dining tale, a cozy living room with an L shaped pullout couch, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a 65" TV with cable.

Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are up the spiral staircase.

The sliding door from the kitchen leads to a large 400 square foot deck with a hot tub, dining table, and gas BBQ. Our deck is half covered to simultaneously accommodate those who love to tan and those who hate to burn!

Our large yard has plenty of space for kids or pets to run around, a badminton net, and a smokeless wood burning fire pit.

The basement features a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball table, and L shaped couch. it is also very noticeably cooler on those hot sunny days!

The driveway is large enough to accommodate 5–6 cars.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Cliff Gilker Park. Laundry facilities are available. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine are available in the holiday home.

We loved our stay. The kitchen is very well set up, beds are comfortable and it was very clean. The downstairs games room was fun as well. Beautiful backyard and nice hot tub! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay overall. The house was perfect for our group of 8— 4 comfortable beds with good bedding, a huge and well-stocked kitchen with lots of work stations, and a fantastic games room that kept us busy on a rainy day.A couple of things to be aware of: the house is right on the Sunshine Coast highway, so to get to the trails and the beach, you need to cross the busy road. The beach itself is quite a walk down the hill, and Roberts Creek is about 2 km away. On the practical side, even though the ferries were fully booked, we had no problem getting one home without reservations.It’s a great home for a large group or family!
