Reception staff were very rude and lied to me. I ask if we were allowed to check in a little early and the agent gave me a dirty look and only said 4:00. So as we were waiting on family to arrive and eat the buffet I noticed that the same agent was allowing a couple to check in early. So I walked back to the desk and asked “now can I check in”. She just gave me another dirty look and said nothing. Another agent called me down to her station and checked me in. This set the tone for the whole weekend!! I did not gamble at all due to the fact I refused to give the casino any more money than I already had! The buffet, although way overpriced ($182 for a family of 4), was good and the server was nice. Also I have a 14 year old son who is an athlete and wanted to use the gym and hot tub with me and couldn’t because you have to be 21 to use the pool and gym. I will never be back.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was all things considered. Our dinner at the Chicago steakhouse was incredible. Room was clean and comfortable. Key quite working which was mild inconvenience. Slots were tight tight

The staff in the bar and grill were very obvious about their inability to handle seating our group with me in a wheelchair. Then, when we were seated, the service was lacking. Our server took 20+ minutes to take our order, then another 30 to get our check. We had to flag down someone else to find him. The food was good. I recommend the bread pudding, if you can get past the service.

The room was pretty clean, it had a refrigerator and coffee machine. Only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have a microwave. Otherwise, I had a wonderful weekend there.
