La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) non e' inclusa sebbene ci siano in dotazione piumini e cuscini. La cucina e' attrezzata e dispone del necessario per cucinare.
Il parcheggio esterno e interno e' gratuito.
Il residence dispone di due ascensori.
Nel garage c'e' un armadietto privato e dotato di lucchetto per gli sci.
Le chiavi dell'appartamento e dell'armadietto vengono consegnate dalla signora Angela in portineria e, alla stessa riconsegnate al termine del soggiorno.
Il residence dista pochi minuti a piedi dal centro abitato di Rovere dove si trovano i principali servizi.
Rovere si trova a 4km da Rocca Di Mezzo e a 4km da Ovindoli. I tre paesi sono tra loro collegati anche da una pista ciclabile lungo la quale si trovano diversi maneggi.
