Great room and amenities. Good customer service. The arcade machines were not working and my daughter put money in the sheen and the staff member made sure she got her money back. The pool and slide were very fun for the children. However it did not seem like the air conditioning was working in the hallways at all but it was cool in our room

We were here for a visit to Mayo Clinic. On July 3. The outside temperature was 90+. The inside temperature was warmer. With higher humidity. The room temperature was thankfully cooler but not nearly cool enough to sleep. The pool was half closed off and closed early in the evening. The hall and entry vents were blowing hot humid air. We have been staying here for years for annual appointments for my daughter. Since Kahler sold it, it has gotten progressively worse when I complained I was told that it was my problem because I booked through Expedia instead of booking directly. I would not allow my daughter to swim and I would not even walk through the sauna like halls to get coffee. The room was not clean as there was plastic wrapping on the floor. Even my daughter told me she never wants to stay again and she is the only one who wanted to stay there before. We were trying to be patient through new ownership but it was unacceptable.
