I found the room to be clean although there was a napkin dropped by a previous guest that I found behind the bedside table. I find this in many hotel rooms that I rent. Housekeeping does not seem to check behind furniture for cleanliness. There was a spill and a sticky floor in the elevator but this was cleaned up the next morning. It was Sunday so I was impressed.

Last minute decision for us to stay and I booked the room same day couldn’t ask for better service. Room was ready and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was ready by 6am! Convenient commute to Mayo Clinic.

Could use a little TLC in the room (caulking around the toilet and around the overflow/faucet in tub) but otherwise the room was very nice. Breakfast was actually better than a lot of places. Not only were there waffles and pastries, but also scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage links.

We didn’t get to stay the hotel was booked!!!’ Do not charge me . Rochester is known for its hospitals, my daughter very ill. We were released from hospital at 3:00 am went to hotel completely beat & not room. I tried to cancel reservation they said I couldn’t it was past the date. Return my money !!!

The pool has no water. The deferred maintenance in evident, the breakfast is blah, this is not the Country Inn & Suites I used to stay in. I will not stay there any longer.

Pool was still closed down. No coffee makers in the room. No hand towels in the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. No comforter on the bed. No Staff around. This place should not be under the name of Country Inn & Suites. We have always stayed at them & now I will never stay at one. It is a Hole in the wall to say the least. Giving the company a bad name!!!

Pool has been closed since june 25 (its now August and our kiddo was very disappointed), toilet ran all night, beds are old and saggy. Ive stayed at country in and suites before and had higher expectations. Won't stay at again.
