After check-in, our room was dank and had a poor smell but the front desk quickly got us into a new roon which was great. The breakfast was excellent and fresh and the morning gym was clean and had everything I wanted. Friendly staff and good parking. Overall a very good experience.

The room that we were given had mold in the shower and one of the large window blinds (two shades) didn't work. One shade was ripped from dog scratches and the one blind behind it was pinned up with clips. Rooms should also be set aside that are pet free for those who can't tolerate pet hair. I complained to the front desk and they said they would send someone right away to see about fixing the blind, no one ever showed up. Also don't book your stays through any source other than the hotel's reservation site or you will be given the worst rooms. Stayed at Hampton Inn in Rochester MN many times throughout the years and this was how we were treated. Won't be staying there again.
