Should have more handicapped parking - the smokers right outside the doors was an issue - not employees-guests! Guest laundry a nice touch and the breakfast attendants - all pleasant and helpful - Stay if nothing else is available within 15 - 20 miles - otherwise - the Dollar store Hampton is not a bargain!!

We stopped here twice, en route to as well as from our recent autumn trip East. We liked the hotel and staff so much from our first stay that we booked a room for an overnight stop over on our trip back home. Staff were very helpful and friendly for both times we stayed here. Very nice accommodations in a clean well appointed room.

Our room was on the first floor, where the smell of chlorine from the pool was overwhelming. There was a hole in the bedspread and the room was beginning to show it's age. The lobby is dark, like a hunting lodge. I like that light roast coffee was an option. The staff was friendly. Check-in and out were fast. Staff provided a list of restaurants nearby and free bottles of water. Location is right off the expressway, so easy on/off.
