The thermostat would not go down past 70 degrees. We had maintenance come And he was not able to fix it so he was suppose to bring someone back. By 9:45 and no return, we needed to go to bed.

I enjoyed my room and the pool area. I was disappointed to learn as I was checking out that $25 was taken from my security deposit for one night parking in the hotel public ramp. (Public parking is fee on weekends in Rochester.)

Due to construction it was difficult to figure out how to check in. When checking in we were told on site parking was full. The staff was very dismissive when asked about where to park. They circled 2 different ramps and told me "If those are full you can figure something else out, but I don't know where else you can park overnight." When trying to get assistance staff was too busy having gossip conversations with each other about other employees and were annoyed when asked for directions or recommendations for eating. This could be a really nice hotel if the staff was not so rude and dismissive of guests.

In town for a birthday party, room was quaint but cozy. Pool was fabulous! Little difficult to find but otherwise great. Hot tub is small but not overpowering with chlorine.
