The overeall ombiance was amazing. Not your average hotel felt I was in Europe. Large & Small inviting spaces inviting spaces. However, most of all the staff was top tier friendly. Give a raise to the bartender, Natalie, Noel and the person who is the HR Staffing Person, this makes the hotel!

Excellent location and great service

We always stay at the Royal Park when we’re in town visiting family. They offer an excellent location and consistent, friendly service. We really enjoy being within walking distance to all the many great restaurants in downtown Rochester. The aesthetic updates they’re doing throughout the hotel are nearly finished and look lovely; I like the mid-century modern touches and new upholstery, but I just wish they hadn’t erased all that beautiful warmth and sophistication of the natural wood paneling by painting everything grey! It feels brighter in the lobby (love those new pendants!) but also colder and more stripped-down. We’ll be back to see the finished product.
