It was clean and beds were comfortable. Did not like breakfast. No plain creamer for coffee, only sweet and flavored. I'm diabetic do I couldn't have any. No scrambled eggs only hard boiled. Very bland.

No Way to Contact Hotel

Pros: Good price, clean comfortable room, easy access to Downtown Rochester. Cons: Left my iPad in my room. I’ve attempted to call the hotel for the last four days, but get nothing but a busy signal. Called Customer Service and was told they couldn’t get through to the hotel either and they had no way to contact either. Currently attempting to get in touch with someone at corporate. Horrible experience and have no urge to stay again.

New, standard hotel with decent rooms and continental breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in the room (no coffee maker). Unfortunately, I had inconsiderate neighbors above me (sounded like a herd of elephants) but that does not influence my review.

I stayed there once before when it was a Microtel, the remodeling is very nice, the only issue that I have is the amount of luggage carts you have available for guest use, you have only two for a large hotel. The luggage carts you have do not need to be that big, your cart area could easly hold 10 half sized carts. I found that a big waste of my time waiting for a cart to move my luggage.

Our room was clean and quiet, but small. I reserved a double queen. The beds were full size, not Queen. The hotel breakfast was disappointing. There was no protein option- no eggs or meat, only bagels, toast, cereal, or waffles.
