We stayed one night, expecting a relaxing luxury experience before an early meeting—but it was far from it. The hotel is extremely dated and poorly maintained. The elevator carpets were filthy, the air smelled musty and sour, and the hallway carpets were stained and ripped.
Our first room was hot and humid with an unplugged AC unit. The front desk moved us to a second room, which was just as bad. The room was visibly dirty—grime in the shower, stains on the walls, patchy wallpaper, and mold on the AC vent. The photos online are completely misleading.
We also found hairs in the bed, black spots under the fitted sheet, and spotted multiple bugs crawling on the floor and curtains. It was genuinely uncomfortable and unsanitary.
At checkout, I explained our experience and was told the only refund they could offer was the resort fee—despite charging over $300 for the night. The front desk agent even said she didn’t know how to issue a refund due to a “new system.”
This hotel is not at all what it claims to be. It was a disappointing, overpriced stay in a poorly kept property that should not be marketed as luxury.
