The room I was sent to was not ready, had trash in the room and no bedding on the bed. The new room they sent me to smelled horrible and was not a welcoming comfortable setting at all. I was not happy at all and the property manager refused to issue a refund to an unsatisfied customer. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Front desk staff was not to friendly. The rooms were very dated. Had to ask for toilet paper because a small used roll was there but not even a brand new one wasn’t even there. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay to check in early. But I must say that breakfast was an unexpected nice surprise. I thought they were going to just have doughnuts and coffee . But they had a wonderful breakfast spread!!

Most of everything was fine except the sink did not work. I had to use the shower to wash my hands and brush my teeth. We didn’t notice until our daughter was asleep or we would have had someone fix it.

Room was nice. But we could hear the industrial washing machine running. Had to turn ac fan on to help drown out noise from washing machine. Breakfast was great. Omelette, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy and juice

The room looked great. It didn't smell bad, everything looked clean. But the toilet was clogged after the first use. They gave us a plunger, but no one came to fix it and it stayed clogged the entire day. They offered to move us to another room. Again, on thr surface, it looked fine. The nightmare began when we laid down to ho to sleep. After the third roach crawled across me, that was it. I do not recommend. The staff was nice but the hotel is apparently not sprayed for pests. I just thank goodness it was nothing like bed bugs. Do not stay here.

The rooms and cleanliness of this hotel were horrible. Dirty, falling apart. Stains on the bed sheets. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilets barely flushed. I I would never stay at this location again.
