We were in a hallway directly right off the main desk they one door, first floor, only 10 rooms. There didn’t seem to be anyone in that area but us and none above us. Quietest stay ever!

Upon arrival the check in lady laughed due to them "overbooking" and stated they are giving us a different room. We book thr specifically room for a medical reason and due to no phone call or heads up . We were unable to book a different hotel The shower in the room had hair on the tiles from previous guests. It took about 5 mins for the water to get warm, the whole time the shower pressure was squirting water changing from high to low, same for the sink. The water in the shower didnt drain (standing water) wr had to pull the plug up completely. Was horrible. You need to clean and service room 732

Overall, excellent I did have an issue with not being able to turn on the shower, but the staff accommodated me and it was a common problem for other guests. Everybody has trouble turning on the showers.

Employees are great. The property is a bit old and outdated. Lots of garbage in the parking lot. We had a giant dead bug stuck up in the corner of the ceiling. Good location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and very close to the casino. Probably would not stay here again.
