Host is very friendly and responsive!! House was mazing and the fishing pier was well lit up and comfortable. Highly recommmend this house for a getaway with family and friends.

Life is Better on the Water

Fresh and clean newly rebuilt property that offered me and my family a variety of good times. From the paddle boards and kayaks, to the great porches and downstairs entertaining area

Relaxing Stay

I booked this for a mom and daughter's weekend. It was very comfortable, clean and a good bedroom configuration. The weather did not cooperate for any water activities, too windy. Only negative is lack of any cooking spices, which was disclosed. I realize the humidity is an issue, but some basic spices would have been appreciated.

Great Stay!

Overall, great stay and we had a wonderful time. The property was roomy, clean and very enjoyable Only a few minor issues that could have been better: 1--We understood and confirmed there were two charcoal bbq grills, but there was only one onsite (we managed); 2--One of the kayaks had a crack on the bottom and took on water immediately, so we were unable to use it; 3--the driveway had a stinky water leak all weekend (presume it was a septic tank issue). We reached out about the status of the second bbq grill, but never got a response. Otherwise, the stay was fun and we would highly recommend the property.

Within a few hours on a Sunday maintenance arrived to fix the door. Very pleased with responsiveness. Rent here and you won’t be disappointed.

Girls trip

We had a Wonderful time. The House was beautifully decorated and very clean. Well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the different birds and even saw a Dolphin. Would recommend this house.

2022 Family Rockport Vacation

We do this every Summer with My wife’s family. We rent several house to accommodate everyone. This house was perfect for the gatherings. We liked everything about this property. There were a few things that we did not like and leans more toward the cleaning company. Bathroom floors and carpets in bathrooms were not cleaned properly and there were left over 
. Stuff from guest before us. Hand soaps were filled with waters. Handles and stuff like as not sanitized properly as well. My wife and sister in law wiped down all handles and counters with clorox. We purchased hand soap to fill all pumps. Other than those things house was great. One other note for future quest, driveway drop off on sides are dangerous. We had a few people fall cause you can’t see with grass that it drops off
 Please review that for future quest.

Our kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The house was clean, but I think the floors could use a good mopping. We enjoyed fishing from the pier even though there was hardly a bite. But I think that was due more to the extremely hot weather we’ve been hit with here in Texas. We do suggest to have better lighting on the pier. There were fishing lights but those face the water. We like to fish at night so having some light would be nice. The beach was a 10 minute drive away. We absolutely loved it there. There are many sand bars in the water which allowed the kids to go further out without risk of the water being too deep. We are looking forward to making this an annual trip.

Nice house

Plenty of room. Clean house. Everything needed was there. Wish was deeper water. My bad for not checking ahead of time. Kids liked the shallow. Easy swimming. Could use ladder on dock to water.

We enjoyed evenings on the pier fishing and caught everything from sand and speckled trout to flounder and even a stingray. Then there was this one small hard head that we kept catching over and over that we named Fred. If you catch him tell him hello! Really was a great trip and will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at Copano Hooked. The view from the upper deck and pier was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with pretty much everything we needed. We were not able to use the kayaks and paddleboards due to it being so windy, but they were available. We fished off the pier every day. Our party consisted of two adults and two teenagers, and we had more than enough room. This house could easily accommodate more people than us. During our stay, we had a question about the thermostat, and the management company came over quickly to help us out. Overall, great experience. I am glad we chose to stay in Rockport versus finding a place in Corpus Christi which was much busier. However, it was easy to go to Corpus Christi for a day trip.
