Staff was rude and uncooperative. While I erred in listing multiple beds, I asked for a king bed when I realised my error, the clerk refused to help us out. The hotel had less then six cars in the lot and rooms where surely available.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns over the years and they have pretty consistently provided comfortable and affordable accommodations for budget travel so this is not a case of unrealistic expectations. This was a subpar experience from start to finish. The majority of the staff I interacted with seemed disinterested in their work. There was a general lack of cleanliness in most areas of the hotel. Our room was poorly laid out including a strange angled wall behind the sofa which led to the pullout bed taking up the majority of the space. There was also a strange odor in our room the entire time we were there. The TV had no guide for channels and apparently no ESPN after going through the channels multiple times in search of it. I don't know that I've ever seen cable that didn't include ESPN. The fitness room was tiny not maintained. The treadmill and the TV did not work and the water dispenser was empty for our entire stay (4 nights) without ever being replaced. I saw a cockroach on the floor in the main bathroom that's accessible from the lobby. The water pressure was terrible in our room and the shower curtain was hung at an angle so we had to rig it up to stay closed and prevent water from soaking the bathroom floor. There was an exterior side door with card access with a sign stating it was locked after 8pm but it was always left unlocked, even after reporting to staff. I will not book another stay at this location and don't suggest it for anyone else.
