Hotel is old and needs updating. Staff was less then friendly. Our room 417 had a bathtub. How may hotels have a bathtub? Shows the age... Breakfast was average at best. Hot water for tea was tepid. How do you make tea with tepid water?

Only issue was the Apple map location was wrong, if you end up at a fast food place the hotel is on the other side of the main road with the other hotels.

Stayed at the property for a single night. Was told that the property was overbooked and although I had paid for the property in advance with expedia the room I booked was no longer available. The front desk staff was able to find another room. This was very helpful since we were only in town for a tournament and my daughter and her friend were extremely tired. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the tables and bathroom counters could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was available, limited options. Coin laundry room was available but I was told I could not have change for quarters so I had to drive to a nearby gas station to get change. Overall disappointed in my experience. I will not stay at this hotel chain in the future. I will also second guess using Expedia as to booking directly with the hotel.
