Everything was good the room was good but the only issue was a man was issued a key to MY ROOM and he walked in while I was in the bed!! Front desk said it was a “mistake” with no apology or compensation for this

Breakfast was good. The breakfast hostess was amazing. Front desk staff, not personal nor helpful. I needed maintenance. There was no on call maintenance. The fire alarm beeped all day on my second day, was told there was nothing that could be done.
