The villa is ideal for 6 + 2 persons because there is also sleeping sofa for 2 in the living room. There are also 4 beautifully decorated bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and the other three with shower enclosures as well as one separate toilet. A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a lovely dining area which can comfortably accommodate all the guests and an airy living room complete the interior offer of the villa. You will feel here just like at home.

The villa is located on a fully fenced, 314m2 large plot. The perfectly minimalist courtyard of the villa features a beautiful, heated swimming pool (21m2) surrounded by deck chairs, a garden and outdoor barbecue where you can prepare fresh and tasty meals for your family and friends. The lovely terrace of the villa The Tempera is ideal for relaxing whilst enjoying the amazing view at any time of the day. There are three private parking spaces available. The offer of the villa also includes a mooring spot. The nearest rocky beach (with pebble parts) is located only 70m away, while the place itself abounds with beautiful beaches and pine forests, ideal for the utmost relaxation of mind and body in pristine nature. If you are looking for activities and entertainment, visit neighbouring Rogoznica as well as Šibenik, Split, Omiš and Primošten, whose rich tourist and gastronomic offer will surely sweep you off your feet.
