Clean rooms , easy access to the 101. Lisa at check in was great. There is a charge for parking which does not seem typical for this type of property.?

The customer service at the hotel was good. But when I entered my room, I was not happy at all. There was roaches and spiders and the room just looked unclean. The shower was not up to part, it just wasn't a pleasant stay

I didn't like paying for parking daily. Also, I believe that your signage could be better for incoming guests. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and arranged well.
