The front desk person was horrible. Upon entering the room it smelled horrible and the ac/heater was so loud that we could not sleep. The hotel is outdated and dirty. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. We were sorry but it was late and we were too tired.

Disappointed

Pool was broken and closed. Using the pool was the only reason we chose this hotel in the first place. The first room we were given had a broken toilet, and we had to be moved to a different room. The breakfast was subpar and had few choices. We were disappointed in the stay and won't be staying here again.

The cleanliness of the room was awful. Hairs on the sheets, stains on the mattresses, hair on the toilet. We did not walk in our room without shoes on. I took my shower with flip flops on. Would have demanded a refund and relocated, however, we arrived to Rolla late.

Some good, a lot of bad.

The overall appearance of the hotel was okay except the dirty elevator. When I got to the room it appeared okay abd the bed clean and comfortable. BUT, when I looked at the desk, it looked like it could collapse. I wouldnt even set my purse on it. The fabric on the back of the chair was dirty and then I went to the wash basin and started to throw something in the trash and there was a bunch of hair. It looked like someone cleaned out their hair brush. By that time is was late and I had an early morning, so let it slide. Ivdud let the staff at the desk know when I left. On a positive the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast room was clean and well stocked.
