Mattress isn’t comfortable, can’t sleep on that hard mattress like a plywood. Bed makes so much noise even moving slight left to right. Room smells bad. Room isn’t soundproof. Bathroom shower has mold. Floors are like a maze, so confusing to reach to your room. After you reach to your floor by elevator then you have to climbed few more steps to reach to your room. Breakfast place isn’t big enough. I will not recommend to hotel to anyone. I wish I could get refund for this hotel.

Great location! The staff could not have been more welcoming or informative! This is a fabulous hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in Roma Centrale. The jewel is the lovely rooftop cafe and bar. It’s an oasis of calm in a bustling and colorful city. Bravo! Brava! 👏👏👏

This property is in a great location for site seeing. Located on a small square with several restaurants it was still very quiet once the windows were closed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable. But the best part was the amazing rooftop bar where breakfast was served every morning. It was great for a place to unwind in the evening with your favorite drink. We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to hang out while in Rome!

We really liked this hotel and would gladly stay again. Our first evening was at the rooftop bar with lovely breeze and good pizza. it was a perfect first night in Rome! Breakfast was included and had many options. We had a view with the superior room. The bed was comfortable and the room had coffee and minibar. Price was a bit high but it’s Rome and the location was worth it.

9hotel Cesari is a great hotel if you are looking to walk around the sites of Rome. The location is the best aspect of the hotel as it is between the trevi fountain and the pantheon. The staff went out of there way to help with any issues we had. A special thanks to Dayana at the front for her kindness and readiness to make our trip special. The rooms are clean and well appointed and it has a nice rooftop bar. I recommend reservations as it does fill up fast. The only minor complaint would be the elevators are slow but that is not to big of a problem. Our experience at this hotel was excellent.

The room was extremely basic and not worth the cost. There were only USB plugs bedside, so if you have a USB-c charger you couldn’t charge your phone. There were only 2 plugs in the room, not in convenient locations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel a spring popping out. The front desk person on the morning of 5/18 was not willing to help us change our taxi reservation after a flight delay. The only cool part about this hotel is the rooftop bar that isn’t even affiliated with hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is perfectly located between the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop bar offers a truly Roman atmosphere. The main downside for us was that the hotel is not very baby-friendly in terms of facilities. There are no high chairs at breakfast, which means you have to hold the baby in your arms the entire meal instead of sitting and eating comfortably. The hotel is not fully accessible — while there are elevators, there are also steps and different levels between the elevator and the rooms, so they recommend leaving the stroller at the reception. Going back to breakfast — if I can't bring the stroller upstairs, at least provide a high chair... Aside from the accessibility issue, the hotel is truly perfect.

The staff is EXTREMELY helpful in making sure that our stay was EVERYTHING we hoped for. The concierge was excellent! The breakfast was really good, and coming from an American that eats a hearty breakfast, I appreciated starting my day this way. The rooftop bartenders, waiters and view is fantastic as well. The location is the best here. Other than that it is a basic 3 star hotel. I have a young kid who still share bed with us and they made me book another room for her thaf I did not use at all! It is the first time I have been asked to do it after travelling so many places. It is super expensive in the end for me but i have no other choice! Check with the hotel before booking if you have small kid.
