It was a great location, across from the Opera Theatre, so it was a less busy street. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and collision were short walks away. Great restaurant just below our hotel, the Matriciana. We had breakfast at Luna cafe, a short walk away. It was great. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit small but ok.

Cleaning staff was great. Front desk kept odd hours. And elevator was unique but small. Great area and very walkable and central to all the Rome must sees. As well as next to train station to continue to other Italy destinations.

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was one of the best we stayed up during our whole time. However, we had upgraded to a class at your place yet the shower did not have hot water. When we had a discovered this, all of the staff had already went home in the evening and there was no one to come check it out. In the morning when they arrived, they determined that there was in fact something wrong with the water, but we were not able to take a shower because it did not work. Also, the Internet quit working in the evening and we did not have a way for someone to take a look at that either. The room is beautiful and isn’t a great location, however, was very disappointed we were not able to take showers. When the hotel was aware that this was their fault, they did not offer any compensation for either.

Inaccurate description of property. It said there were laundry facilities on site which was one of the reasons we picked it. There were none and we had to rinse some items in the sink. Also I knew there were limited desk hours but there was supposed to be an emergency number. We had a somewhat serious issue (not an emergency). No one answered the number and we had to send a text which was not responded to for hours. If we had a real emergency not sure what we would have done. The staff was friendly in general and it was a great location, clean rooms but I would not stay there again due to this issue.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city of Rome. There are multiple restaurants to choose from as soon as you walk out the door. The famous must-see landmarks are walkable. It is a very safe and lively place to stay.

Great location, steps to great food and trains

Amazing location! So close to the train station, walkable to a number of sites and to a number of Tour stops (recommend Big Bus Tours). It's like your own little apartment, there werent always staff and no lobby, but you could come and go as you pleased and it was just lovely. Also checl out OperArt up just steps away for an amazing meal or Nerone! Both great dining options within steps. Cannot recommend enough!!!
